Thaifxbook is a platform that displays trading statistics and profiles from MetaTrader 5 accounts, for transparency and discussion within the trading community. By signing up and using it you accept these terms.

• All data, statistics, rankings and content on the platform are provided for education and display only and do not constitute investment advice or a solicitation to trade
• Trading forex and derivatives carries high risk and you may lose your entire investment — past performance does not guarantee future results
• Any investment decision you make based on information from the platform is entirely your own responsibility

• You must own, or be lawfully entitled to use, any trading account you connect
• Connect using the Investor Password (read-only) only — never give your Master Password to anyone, including this platform
• You are responsible for the security of your user account and for anything done through it

A trading account you set to Public shows its statistics to every visitor and appears in the platform's rankings and feed. You can turn this on or off, and hide individual fields, from the account settings page. The platform reserves the right to filter what appears in the rankings (for example, limiting them to verified brokers) to keep the data trustworthy overall.

• Falsifying or misrepresenting trading data, your identity, or ownership of an account
• Using the platform to defraud, to solicit unlawful investment, or for any activity that breaks the law
• Spamming, harassing, or violating the rights of other users through messages or comments
• Attempting to access another person's systems or data without authorisation

Where these prohibitions are breached, the platform reserves the right to suspend or delete the account without prior notice.

• The service is provided "as is" — data synced from MT5 may be delayed or inaccurate because of technical limits
• The platform is not liable for any loss or damage arising from an investment decision based on information shown here
• The platform is not party to any agreement between users themselves (for example, selling a trading system or copy trading)

We may revise these terms or the service from time to time. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the revised terms. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
